What we do......Arise Research and Discovery is a private research company dedicated to providing high quality, confidential studies of agriculture, horticulture products, and environmental and tillage studies.

 Arise also offers technical sales training to amny companies regarding their products as well as an explanation of the research which has been conducted.

Arise has an innovative line of equipment for testing hypothesis and theories. The equipment ranges from a supportive greenhouse to pilot made equipment for testing. The field tillage laboratory is for the testing of equipment and products supporting tillage regimines. In the past several years, conventional tillage testing has been non-exisent, while strip, zone and non-till testing have accelerated. All tillage regimines are conducted. Tillage regimines have become a major protocol endeavor for companies seeking highly efficient fertilization while reducing crop inputs and fuel costs. Arise also has special field laboratories. An environmental laboratory with 80 Lysimeter Wells is utilized to monitor nitrates entering a watershed.

Arise Research and Discovery, Inc. is located in East Central Illinois. The location is as unique as the 66 acre research farm which is located on the Southern Edge of the Wisconsin Glaciated Soils and the Northern Edge of the Illinois Glaciated Soils. The location offers the unique advantage for testing supportive growth of plants in two different soil orders. Along with varied organic matter, soil structure, and soil texture. The two major soil orders are natively acidic and easily maintained with lime applications.

 

Arise Research and Discovery is governed by a paid Science Committee of individuals who are specialists in the industry. They meet physically, by telephone, or by video conferencing weekly. Their mission is to review proposals and seek the best science and end product for our clients. The use of the Science Group and the ethic code of non-bias research has made Arise Research and Discovery, Inc. an internationally known research company. Arise has the capabilities to conduct high level research in Illinois, Idaho, Ohio, and Minnesota. We also have the capabilities to conduct research in Argentina and Kenya.
